Welcome to Kernow Taekwon-do
Helston Tae Kwon do is part of the many Imperial Tae Kwon do clubs in Cornwall. These clubs offer the chance for people of all abilities to learn a Martial art that improves fitness, flexibility and confidence.

Imperial Cornwall
Imperial Cornwall is part of Nicholls Tae Kwon do Institute (Imperial Association) which is also part of the International Tae Kwon do Federation. All associations are governed by the British Tae Kwon do Council, who in turn are a part of the Sports Council of the UK. Details can be found via the 'Links' page.
